Jennifer & Matthew’s wedding at Eshott hall, Northumberland
An Eshott Hall Wedding is always something special.
Jenny And Matt are a quiet couple. Matt was not comfortable in front of the camera, and we respected him by not getting in his face all day. This is when Susan comes into her own, using her distance to pick off those unsuspecting candids.
With all the preparations happening at Eshott hall in Northumberland, we started off quite early to make sure we caught everything. All the bridesmaids were excited, and the flower girl especially. The ceremony was being held at St Michaels & All Angels at nearby Felton, so we attended the rehearsal two days earlier to meet the vicar. This worked to our favour, as he was a great guy, and let us decide where we wanted to be to get the best coverage, and stay as unobtrusive as possible.
The beautiful ceremony went very smoothly, and we had a loverly 10 minutes mingling with the guests after a few formal shots at the alter.
The reception was threatened by rain, but it never arrived till everyone was sitting down for a stunning meal. We were staying till the first dance, and Jenny & Matt really looked after us by serving us the main course that they also received, so we know all about the top quality food at Eshott Hall.
